Homey Rentals is a rental service that provides short-term access to appliances and household essentials. We cater to hotel guests, short-term renters, and locals who need temporary items delivered to their location. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as your home.

We deliver throughout New York City. During checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your delivery address.

If you're staying at a hotel, yes—you'll need to provide your reservation details so we can coordinate delivery with the front desk.
If you're staying at an Airbnb, vacation rental, or your own home, no reservation is needed. -

At Homey Rentals, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene for all our rental items. After each rental:
- For items with removable linens (e.g., bedding, pillow covers), all linens are thoroughly washed with detergent.
- For non-removable fabric items and non-fabric materials (e.g., electronics, small appliances), surfaces are disinfected using a high-quality sanitizing spray.
Our cleaning process ensures that every item is fresh, sanitized, and ready for the next guest.
Ordering and Payment

- Enter your reservation start and end dates and delivery address.
- Browse and add your rental or purchase items to the cart.
- At checkout, confirm your delivery and pickup time (if applicable).
- Complete your payment.

Receive your items based on your location type:
- Hotels: Pick up your package from the front desk on your check-in date.
- Other locations: Your items will be delivered at the selected time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery in person.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Delivery is free for orders over $100. Orders below this amount have a standard $20 delivery fee.

Orders can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 24hrs are not guaranteed. Please contact [email protected] and our representative will do their best to cancel your order.
Delivery & Pickup

Hotels: Your order will be delivered to the front desk on your check-in date between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Non-hotels (Airbnbs, residences, etc.): Your order will be delivered at the time you selected during checkout.

Hotels: No, delivery is made to the hotel reception. Please confirm with your hotel that they accept packages and will hold them under your name.
Non-hotels: Yes, someone must be available to receive the delivery in person during the selected time window.

Hotels: We recommend confirming with your hotel that they accept packages and will hold them under your name. If a hotel refuses the delivery, we’ll attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, your items will be returned and a $20 delivery fee will be charged—even if your order qualified for free delivery.
Non-hotels: If no one is available at the delivery location during the selected time and we’re unable to reach you, the delivery will be marked as failed. Your items will be returned and a $20 delivery fee will be charged.
Rental Returns & Charges

Hotels: On your check-out day, place your rental items in the provided Homey bag and leave them with the hotel reception. Our team will collect them by 10:00 PM.
Non-hotels: We’ll pick up your items at the time you selected during checkout. Please ensure someone is available for hand-off.

If you fail to return a rental item, you will be charged the full retail price of the item in addition to the rental fee.

Minor damages or excessive wear may result in a cleaning or repair fee. If an item is beyond repair, you will be charged the full retail price of the item.

Please reach out to [email protected] and we will be happy to adjust your rental duration. Please note rental modifications cannot be guaranteed within 24hrs of return date. Please reach out to our support team and we will do our best to accommodate your changes.
Refund Policy

Sanitary, perishable, and personal-use items, are non-refundable. All other unopened items may be returned for a refund.

If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
